Welcome to Dow Hill Realty.  The office is located in Stoddard, NH.  I operate in the surrounding Monadnock region specializing in Lake front and Country homes.  I enjoy working with both buyers and sellers in Residential and Commercial Sales.

I have been selling Real Estate for nearly 17 years. Stoddard is a nice community to raise a family.   My wife and I have lived in town for the past 27 years, and have raised our two children.  I am a retired Deputy Chief of Stoddard Fire and Rescue, and have been an active member for nearly 30 years.  This town has many recreational activities to offer those that enjoy the outdoors, for every season!

Stoddard has several bodies of water that are great for swimming, fishing, boating, hiking, and snowmobiling.  There are many hiking trails and miles of cross country ski trails, as well.

Buying or Selling your property can be both exciting and stressful, all at the same time.  My job is to make this a smooth process, from start to finish.  This is a service that my clients both expect, and deserve.  I have fun at my job, and enjoy interacting with all parties and confident that you will have a positive experience with Dow Hill Realty!

Recently I have acquired a Drone License which I have incorporated into my business. Drone video services will be available for any of my Real Estate Customers.
